Coordinating Showings
Once your home hits the market, our goal is simple:
👉 Get as many qualified buyers through your door as possible—without disrupting your life more than necessary.
We do this using professional tools that:
-
Streamline scheduling
-
Protect your home
-
Track every showing + buyer activity
-
Keep everything organized and documented
The Tools We Use
Supra Lockbox

A Supra lockbox is a secure electronic box placed on your home that holds your key. Only licensed real estate professionals with approved access can open it using a secure app + credentials. Every time the lockbox is opened, the system logs who accessed it and when.
ShowingTime App

We use ShowingTime to manage all showing requests. Agents request showings via the app. You and/or other occupants can then approve/decline requests. To get ShowingTime set up properly, be sure to fill out the form below. This will prevent scheduling conflicts and help us track showings.
Common Questions
Q: Do I need to clean the house before every showing?
A: You do not need to deep clean before every showing, but plan to tidy the home but making the bed, putting away clutter and wiping down kitchen and bathroom counters. Presentation does make a difference in how prospective buyers feel in your home during their showings. When you leave the home, leave all the lights on so the space is nice and bright when the prospective buyers arrive.
Q: How long are showings?
A: Most showings are 15-30 minutes long.
Q: What if someone is running late?
A: When confirming showings, I advise you to bake in a 15 minute buffer before and after the requested time slot. Agents are some time showing 5 houses in a row, so though they do their best to stay on schedule, some times they start to run a little early or late.
Q: Do I need to be home for showings?
A: No, in fact it is best that you leave the home 10-15 minutes before the showing.
